My order was cancelled, but it's on Simpl. What do I do?

First off, sorry that your experience with Simpl was less than perfect.

Do send us a message and let us know the merchant, order date, amount and your phone number. We'll contact the merchant and have them look into it, since cancellations and refunds are in their control.

Once they initiate a refund, it will reflect instantly on your Simpl account.
