I don't see the Simpl option on the payment page. What's wrong?

This could be due to a few reasons.

1. We're not yet on all platforms (Website, iOS & Android) of our merchant partners. The list of merchants we support, along with the platforms, are mentioned here.

2. You may not be signed in. Simpl uses your phone number as the primary identifier. So be sure you're signed in with the same number as the one connected to your Simpl account.

3. In case you have submitted your Aadhar card details, but haven't activated your account and created a password, you can check if your account has been created by visiting getsimpl.com and hitting Sign Up. 

If your account hasn't been created, you will be asked to enter your Aadhar details again. In case it's been more than 1 week since you submitted your Aadhar details, you can contact us to find out what's wrong.
