My payment failed, but my account got deducted. What do I do now?
Sorry about the trouble.
Once in a while, a transaction fails on the receiver's side, but the payment gets debited from the user's account. In such cases, the amount gets automatically refunded by the bank in 2-3 working days. Most banks don't notify users in case of refunds, so be sure to check your statement to ensure that the refund has come.
In case it's been long and the money still hasn't been refunded, do send us a message and let us know. We will check with the bank and find out the exact status of your transaction.
In the meantime, you can go ahead and make the payment again. If you prefer to wait till you get the refund, send us a message and let us know.
