Simpl is a payments option, and we are not involved in the delivery of the product or the service. If you are facing an issue related to the order, you can contact the merchant from their website or app. If they issue a refund, it will reflect in your Simpl account instantly.
In case you are unable to get in touch with the merchant, you can drop us message. Please let us know the name of the merchant, the order date, amount and your registered phone number.
We'll investigate the issue and resolve it for you.
