I'm not receiving my OTP. What do I do?

We're really sorry about this! We rely on multiple network providers to deliver our SMS messages. But they do face temporary issues from time to time. If you've faced this issue on multiple occasions, or if you're receiving your OTP but it's invalid, please write to us and let us know.

In the meantime, if you're trying to pay your Simpl bill, you can use the payment link sent to you via SMS. The link lets you skip the OTP and takes you directly to the payment page.
