The money left my account while paying Simpl, but the payment failed. What should I do now?

If the amount was debited and the payment failed, don't worry! The amount will be automatically refunded back to your bank account within 5 working days. 

In case you face failure or any other related issue, do message us and we’ll have it checked with the bank.
